The design

A cohort that mirrors the fund

The Fellowship is structured the way NXP itself is built — a progression from foundation to conviction, with senior capital as the outer ring. Fellows move inward as their fluency deepens: from shared fundamentals, to a real thesis and fund, to carrying the mission forward. An LP relationship carries a next-gen access right into that path.

Every track is built on NXP's proprietary curriculum — frameworks, spreadsheets, and live exercises, not slides. Three cohort tracks run in parallel, joined by a cross-cutting Innovation Track open to all Fellows. Switch tracks to see how the program deepens.
